Spacious rooms and proximity to the campus is what got me into this 321.5 Westcott Street Apartment 1. Excellent parking area is an added advantage. Staff is friendly & all the maintenance is done in the promised timeline. 

The apartments are nicely maintained and the supportive staff is very helpful. I had heard this from a previous occupant as well. I love it here and it's really great for college kids because it is definitely one of the closest to the campus.

Good things about this apartment are fair amount of space in $600/month. Proximity to campus. And friendly staff. Best thing was during my stay all the maintenance I needed were done, within a week’s time. Also there is adequate parking.

Rooms, WIFI speed & bathroom fittings are excellent. My personal favorite are ultra-high end appliances, they were fantastic. Apartment offers private driveway parking & is very close to the campus.

Maintenance staff attends to whatever issues I have with my apartment quickly. They’re friendly and informs me whenever my packages arrive at the office or rent is due. The rooms are nice & spacious and parking is in abundance.

Rooms are massive with all the required amenities. Two people can easily share the apartment but if you want to live alone even then it’s not bad at all. Community offers engaging activities. And the best part is that you do not have to personally walk into the student office every time there is a maintenance issue, a phone call is enough.

I think this apartment is great. Everything from the maintenance staff to facilities are just amazing. Sufficient parking, walking distance from campus & WIFI speed everything is worth every penny you pay.

Step away from campus, the house was comfortable & swanky! Maintenance staff were helpful. Parking was convenient and home appliances were excellently maintained. Absolute value for money. I definitely recommend this 1014 East Colvin Street for college kids.

What I really like about University Hill Apartments is how nice the place looks and feels. The big windows, good lighting, and modern kitchen just make it feel a little more special. I’ve lived in other apartments too, but this one really gives a luxury touch without being crazy expensive. Also, super close to Marshall Street and campus.

If you’re an international student coming to Syracuse, I’d 100% recommend this place. The move-in process was super easy, the management team is helpful, and the apartment itself is so comfortable. It’s quiet, safe, and I’ve made a lot of friends here. Feels like a solid community of grad students.

I lived here for 3 years with my dog. The location of the apartment close to campus was a big plus for me and having laundry in the building was great! Maintenance came within 24 hours. The leasing office people respond really quick to emails and have been super helpful during my time there!

I've found the apartment to be wonderfully clean and peaceful, creating the perfect environment for focusing on my studies. Plus, the 10-minute walk to campus is a huge bonus, I don't need a car or have to worry about long commutes, which saves me so much time and hassle.
